We're running a short survey about juice drinks. At the end of the survey, respondants are able to enter a prize draw to win £250. Below are the full Terms and Conditions for this prize draw.
Terms and conditions
1) Offer open to anyone over 16 in the UK only. 2) The closing date is 30th November 2009. 3) On 1st December 2009, 1 entrant will be picked at random by an independent person and instantly win £250. The prize will be paid by cheque. 4) The winner will be notified by email by 4th December 2009 and the prize will be delivered within 28 days from the draw date. 5) No automated entries will be accepted. 6) The judges decision is final and no further communication will be entered into. 7) By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions. 9) Promoter: The Feel Good Drinks Co., 5-8 Hardwick Street, London, EC1R4RG.
